Christine assists her clients in analysing the employee relations implications and implementation of various types of restructuring (mergers, acquisitions, employee transfers, etc.) and with their headcount reduction plans (job preservation schemes, voluntary redundancy schemes, career planning agreements, mobility leave, negotiated collective dismissal procedures, etc. She is equally happy working in French and/or English, as clients' requirements dictate.
After a period with the International Chamber of Commerce (CCI), Christine began her legal career with Slaughter and May in Paris, and then with Allen & Overy, before joining MBA in 2006. She is a partner in the firm and heads the Employment Law department. Christine is a graduate of the Universities of Paris V and Paris I and of IEP Paris.
